For a Rent Increase Due to Value-Enhancing Renovations
Required Documents:
• Detailed invoices for the work carried out.
• List of completed works and their impact on the property’s value.
• Copy of the current lease, including all previous modifications.

For a Rent Increase or Decrease Based on ISPC, Charges, and Mortgage Rate
Required Documents:
• Copy of the current lease, including all previous modifications.

For Calculating an Increase or Decrease in Charges (in case of a flat rate)
Required Documents:
• List of charges for the three years preceding the lease signing.
• List of charges for the three years preceding the rent increase or decrease request.
• Copy of the current lease, including all previous modifications.
