We understand that you want to know the exact price of your rent, whether it's for a new rental or a rent increase. That's why we offer a personalized rent study for your property. To do this, we need information such as the property's address, current lease agreement, most recent renovation, description, photos (optional), light fixtures and fittings, surface area of the property, parking space (outdoor, underground or closed box) and cellar with surface area.

We offer this service for a processing fee of CHF 200 + VAT.

*However, if you have a management contract with us, this rent study will be free of charge. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and help you determine the right price for your property.
